Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

Please understand, that shipping to some remote locations is not possible. This includes:

Niue, French Guiana, the British Virgin Islands, Aruba, New Caledonia, Bahrain, Cayman Islands.

 

If you have made an error in your address, please email us ASAP. so we can quickly change it. After an order has left the warehouse, the address cannot be changed any more.

Please note that we are not held responsible for any import duties or taxes. Some of our products come from our overseas warehouse and you may need to pay import duties or taxes.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. After that, you will be able to click: TRACK MY ORDER to track the shipment status.

Why has your parcel been shipped but the shipping information has not been updated yet?

When the product is hand-made in Tibet or Nepal and delivered to the carrier, the tracking order number will be uploaded to the order page afterward.
Due to international transportation, it takes 3-5 days for the package to arrive at the airport of the international shipping center. During this period, there is no transport information for inland transport from Tibet or Nepal to the international shipping center. The shipping information will not be updated until the package arrives at the international shipping center and is scanned.

So please don’t worry and just wait 3-5 days for it to update the information.

What if the package doesn’t arrive?

If you don’t get your package 60 days after it was shipped, please contact us at zenteacup@163.com. We’ll either resent a new one to you or give you a full refund.

CUSTOMS DUTIES

In some cases, there will be VAT (Value Added Tax), other taxes, customs and/or duty fees levied by your destination country. These additional charges are not included and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot determine the charges since customs and taxation policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office if you have any questions. We do not refund shipping costs for customers that reject their packages upon arrival for failure to pay duty fees.

Customs clearance procedures may be required; under these circumstances, delays may occur, which will affect our original delivery time. Delivery time of orders can be extended by delivery service for indefinite period for reasons beyond our control.
